The symposium proceedings will be published in an issue of the official IAU symposium proceedings series by the IAU publisher, the Cambridge University Press (CUP). Editors: H. Shinnaga, B-G Andersson, A.M. Magalhães, & E. Falgarone
The registration fee included the electronic proceedings available online. If you wish to purchase hardback volume in addition to the online proceedings and you had not requested it yet (by choosing the option of “hardback volume” when you registered), please contact us by email by May 1st (astropol2020-query@ml.hiroshima-u.ac.jp ). We will let you know the instruction for the payment of the printed volume at a discounted rate.
Presenters will be asked to submit their manuscript by 28th of April 2021. We plan to include discussion at the end of each contribution as well as the photos we took during the symposium. Please read carefully and follow this instruction before you start preparing and refer this during the preparation of your manuscript.
Each presenter, i.e., each author of all proceedings papers is asked to submit their papers via the following online system. You can login to the submission system using your orcid ID.

Authors should make sure that they submit their contribution choosing the correct symposium (IAUS 360 Astronomical Polarimetry : New Era of Multiwavelength Polarimetry) from a pulldown menu on the submission page as ‘Author’.
Please make sure to include all your coauthors, when requested by the system, since only those names inserted will be linked to the ADS database as coauthors. Authors are advised to circulate their manuscripts among coauthors to make sure everything is alright before submitting to the system.
All papers should be written in English, using the LaTeX style files provided, and following the IAU style including for references. For references as detailed below on this web page. Authors who feel unsure of their English, are advised to seek assistant from co-authors.
If you submit an article for your poster presentation, please submit your article as a ‘Poster Paper’. We encourage you to upload your poster itself as Supplementary Material during the file upload in “Step 2”.

COLOUR FIGURES and PHOTOGRAPHS :
Color figures will be reproduced in color in the electronic version of the Proceedings. To reproduce color figures in color in the hard cover of the Proceedings is an expensive process (500 pounds sterling (GBP) per color page). In case if you really need to print your figure(s) in color and are ready to pay for this amount, please contact us (astropol2020-query) as soon as possible. Therefore, in case of colour figures with half-tones, authors should make sure that their figures will reproduce as desired in black-and-white, and there is no reference to colour in either text or captions.
